又到幼稚園/小學見家長既大日子，準備接受考試成績嘅日子

好既當然恭喜大家...唔好既..點樣改善??

成日有人話去要英國文化協會學英文?

究竟入面既英文課程係點既呢? 教得好唔好??? D 教材又係點既呢?
又等我地黎分享一下

有D谷既小學已經考緊第三次考試了.

我哋呢度要多謝教Mancent 英文既英國文化協會老師

(我地老師好型架~不過佢未必睇到呢篇blog 了,不過都紀錄一下）

我哋上咗英國文化協會Primary Plus 小學英語課程都有大半年

最易睇到既係閱讀理解同英語溝通能力改善左...

例如佢地有一堂要介紹下自比其他同學仔識(Say Hello)
有一堂又要介紹自己鍾意D咩食物(Yummy)~
British Council 既老師成日都會通過唔同既小遊戲
同小朋友訓練英文....又有時會分享係外國生活既一D小趣事
好似閒話家常咁~
同學仔又好..對住其他老師又好...都可以好開心/自信地講想表達既說話出黎

㸃解揀British Council Hong Kong 既 英文課程?

賣點
1. 叫得英國文化協會,因為歷史悠久梗係「玄門正宗」

妳唔怕佢呃人。老師全部都好有經驗/又係以英語為母語的老師
,內部有晒資歷審查

小朋友亦可以訓練到唔怕同D以英語為母語的老師溝通啦~

2. 課程有晒安排，小學課程一級一級上
由幼稚園到小學的課程都有，同埋會根據小朋友的程度分班上堂，
等佢地可以同相同程度的小朋友一齊學習，冇咁大壓力


個課程係Project Base，亦都有不同既主題
e.g. Hello ( 熱身topic)  / Family /  Yummy (Food)

起碼要上堂走動多D去問其他同學仔~

Parent tips

Develop speaking confidence

Older children often enjoy helping their younger brothers or sisters to learn English. Having a role of responsibility can be very motivating. Encourage your older child to help a younger brother or sister with their school work. You can also suggest that they play a game together in English. They will have fun doing activities and singing songs on LearnEnglish Kids together. Reading a story out loud to a younger brother or sister helps your child feel more confident using English in a meaningful way – it’s enjoyable for everyone!

Improve spelling skills

Take some time to review the new words your child has learned in the lesson or the module. Some ideas are: Keep a vocabulary notebook – write the new word and use it in a sentence or draw a picture to remember the meaning; mix up the letters in new words and see if your child can put them into the correct spelling order; group words according to the beginning sounds, rhyming sounds or by meaning; write out the new words but leave out some of the letters to see if your child can correct you. There are also lots of great free spelling apps for your iPad or phone.

Get creative!

Kids love making things. You can use this as an opportunity to practise English at the same time. Why not choose one of the great downloadable craft activities on LearnEnglish Kids to make with your child? You can give all the instructions in English, or older children can read the instructions themselves. Some of the activities are demonstrated in a video. Have a go, and have fun!
